A CTR champion is the person who always chooses the right and not the wrong. you makes something good of yourself when you choose the rigth. its really important to chosse the right to make yourself a champion. if you choose the right all the time youll be the CTR champion because you will be choosing the right. so youll be the champion of choosing the right so you actually deserved it because youve been doing good things not bad. so always choose the rightr to  make a good champion of yourself. always have to remember to choose the right to make yourself feel good.

what Mark is trying to say is that if your goal setting you'll get a goal. and if your setting one you have to get it. for example if your setting a goal to your self like getting good grades you have to get. you always have to push yourself to accomplish your goal. thats why set and get it . ive been set a goal in my freshman year to get all my credits and grades to pass to 10th grade. at the end i actually accomplished my goal and made it to my 10th grade. the way i earned my grade is that i pushed myself to get to my goal. and now im setting one to get this year.  I like Mark's quote because its so inspiring to accomplish your goals. so always make goals to your self to accomplish them and feel happy of your accomplishment.

Columbus Day

Columbus day is a national holiday in many countries. They celebrate columbus day because is the anniversary of columbus arrival in the Discovery of the American continent on October 12,1492. The landing is celebrated as Columbus day in the united states. In other states they have different names for “Columbus Day”. For Example in america latin is called “Dia De La Espanidad”  and “Fiesta National” in spain. These holidays were celebrated since the 18th century. And its officially  in various countries since the early 20th. Columbus day was first became an official state holiday in colorado in 1906. It also became in official holiday in the united states in 1937. Though people have celebrated columbus voyage since the colonial period.

What james is trying to say is to obey because your goal is to obey. obedience should always be your goal because because it brings good to you. and obeying shoudn't irritate you because you suppose to obey. ones you start to obey it isnt going to irritate you no more its actually going to make you feel good.and instead of stumbling in a block you have to build a wall. that mean that instead of stumbling you should obey and build a wall with your obedience.  so always obey and do good things. always make your self grow with your obedience. obedience makes you grow. so obedience shoudl be one of your goals. 

Pharmacist dispense prescription medication to patients. Offer expertise in the safe use of prescriptions. They also conduct wellness screenings. They also provide immunizations. Over see the medications given to the patients. They provide on healthy lifestyles.

Duties and responsibilities: they fill prescriptions for the patients. They check whether it’s going to fit with other drugs. They instruct the patients how to take the medication. They keep records and do other administrative tasks.

Salary: $121,630 - $121,310

Education: a pharmacist are required to  have a doctor of pharmacy degree. Also to have a postgraduate professional degree.

Demand for this particular degree: they demand for trained pharmacy professionals.

My Reflection: I will do this job because its been what ive actually want to do. I want to do this because you get to work with medicine.

What Specer is trying to say is that we learn to do thing by actually doing them. for example if your trying to learning how to play basketball you really have to put effort to actually do it. Also if your tryingto learn to do something actually do it. you learn to do things by actually doing it. forexample i have to practice alot in order to learn how to play basketball i hjave to actually do it and put alot effort. and if you make a mistake and you're trying to change then the only way to change is by doing it. you have to learn to do things in order to be something. you learnbefore you do it. always learn to do by doing it.

What I’m saying is to leave people that are only wasting your time. And to find people that are worth it. You shouldn’t  waste time  on irrelevant people because at last they’ll end up leaving you. That’s why i always try not to get close to people that are just going to a waste of my time. Also i try to distance myself in order for me not to get close to irrelevant people because ill regret all the time i wasted  on them. Always look for someone that will appreciate you and never waste your time. But my advice is to leave the irrelevant people behind don’t waste your time on them.
